Who is responsible

Wild Rose Works is the trading name of this sole proprietorship. In this policy, "we" means Anja Remic s.p.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare's servers handle technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We don't use this data to identify you or to build a profile, and we don't combine it with anything else. Cloudflare keeps such logs for a short time under its own privacy policy.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising code, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

Links to the Steam store carry a short tag that tells Steam the visit came from this site. Steam shows us only totals, such as how many visits and wishlists came from here, and the tag contains nothing about you.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

Addresses ending in @wildroseworks.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. We use your email address and your message only to answer you and to help with your request. We keep the conversation as long as we need it for that, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for records related to a purchase.

Legal basis: taking steps you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States, so this data may be processed there. Both companies take part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. Write to hello@wildroseworks.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
